With each new season, I make it a point to take some time for new reflections, make new goals for myself + set new intentions which I carry throughout the season.

Spring is an especially good time of year to set new intentions for yourself because of the new beginnings that the season symbolizes. Why not start fresh for the “freshest-feeling” season of the year?

Here are my Spring intentions for this year. I hope they inspire you to create your own for the season, or hey, you can try mine if you’d like. Either way, I wish you the best Spring Equinox + lots of beautiful beginnings + experiences.

As women, we are caregivers, we are lovers, we can even be enablers and coddlers (I’m guilty of this too!). Because we are also unicorns and possess the magical powers of multitasking, we give and we give - and in my opinion, we can sometimes give too much, too often.

This Valentine’s Day, I want to encourage all of my boss babe ladies to focus on self care. Here are some of my favorite ways to show myself a little extra love. Hopefully you can use some of the same tips the next time you are feeling like you need a break.

WEDDINGS | 9th Annual ABC-OC Trendsetter Awards at Soka University

As Co-Director of ABC Orange County this year, I had the honor and privilege of planning two of our eleven events - our Kickoff January Meeting at Fete the Venue, and our 9th Annual Trendsetter Gala, which was held last week at Soka University.
